Thank you for choosing inhui Hot Runner System!As the user of inhui. You are entitled to our after sales service(A/S). Inhui not only sells but also guarantees the following. After Sales Service:
1. Inhui Hot Runner system is manufactured with hard work by us. For it,the warranty period shall be 1 year.
2. Inhui will not support Free after-sales services when components wear out naturally or damage due to misuse,or alterations by any purchaser or any third party without prior written consent from inhui.
3. Inhui also will not support Free after-sales services when the productis damaged by an actual disaster or circumstances beyond the control of inhui or inhui`s client.
4. Free after-sales services is only valid within the territory of seller. However,the offices and agents of inhui throughout the world will provide technical support and (charged or free)after service.
5. If inhui`s products shall be operated in the area out of China,the purchaser should make a contract for after-sales service with the third user.
6. The contract has to specify the country where products will be operated. If no contract, Inhui or inhui`s agents will charge service fee and that all depends on what a condition the product have.
7. When the after service is necessary and there is no agent or office in the area. The company who needs the service should pay the piper for transport.
8. Inhui will charge after service fee when the product is out of the warranty period.
9. It`s very easy to assemble or disassemble inhui`s products.
10.It`s very quick to change the components when the product is in troubles.
